Position Summary
Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? Haygor Instrument & Company is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators. No prior CNC experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training to teach you how to operate CNC machines that produce precision components for industrial instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to set up and operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Operate multiple machines while meeting production and quality goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with your hands.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Trade school experience is a plus but not required.
