No prior CNC experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training to teach you how to operate CNC machines that produce precision components for industrial instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
Learn to set up and operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Operate multiple machines while meeting production and quality goals.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with your hands.
Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Trade school experience is a plus but not required.
