Entry-Level Communications Assistant

We’re looking for motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Communications Assistants!

In this role, you’ll help support marketing campaigns, communicate with customers, promote client brands, and increase brand awareness. You’ll gain hands-on experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement, and campaign coordination while learning from an experienced team.

No previous communications or marketing experience is required! We welcome recent graduates and candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or other people-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
• Communicate with customers and help build positive relationships.
• Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Help create and share marketing content across different platforms.
• Assist with social media activities and audience engagement.
• Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
• Help research customer preferences and market trends.
• Work with team members to meet campaign goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training to develop communication, marketing, and customer service skills.

A degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Previous experience is welcome but not necessary.
