What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Event Representation: Assist with the daily setup, execution, and breakdown of localized community outreach campaigns and promotional event displays.
• Public Engagement: Act as a professional face and voice for our nonprofit clients, greeting community members and initiating friendly conversations.
• Mission Advocacy: Deliver clear, compelling messaging regarding our partners’ charitable programs, answering basic questions to foster community support.
• Campaign Tracking: Document on-site interactions, process community registrations or support details accurately, and report daily campaign results to the management team.
• Professional Development: Participate in daily team meetings and interactive strategy sessions to continually refine your communication, public speaking, and marketing skills.

• Must be able to commute reliably to our main office in Pleasanton, CA, for daily campaign operations.
• No prior marketing, sales, or promotional experience is required—we provide 100% paid training from day one.
