Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative

Looking for an opportunity to start your career, develop valuable professional skills, and do work that has a positive impact? We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our community outreach team!

In this entry-level role, you'll help nonprofit organizations connect with local communities, increase awareness of important causes, and build meaningful relationships with supporters. No previous experience is necessary. We provide training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations.
• Engage with members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations.
• Communicate nonprofit missions, programs, and community initiatives.
• Help increase awareness and support for charitable campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with community members and potential donors.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet campaign goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development activities.

No previous outreach, fundraising, sales, or marketing experience is required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, education, athletics, and other people-focused activities.
