Who We Are

White Lodging operates award-winning hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants across major U.S. cities. Our success is built on precision, consistency, and strict adherence to professional standards. As an entry-level Entry Line Cook, you will train within a highly structured hotel kitchen environment where procedures, safety protocols, and disciplined execution guide every shift.

This role requires full AM availability, with scheduled shifts ranging from 6:00am–2:00pm to 9:00am–3:30pm, depending on operational needs.

What You'll Do

  • Train as an Entry Level Cook by following a structured, step-by-step development program designed to build proficiency in all core kitchen duties
  • Adhere strictly to company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal food safety guidelines at all times
  • Execute proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures with precision, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and internal safety standards
  • Support food and labor cost control by following established portioning, production, and waste-prevention procedures
  • Verify ingredient freshness and follow all recipes, preparation methods, and portion-use records exactly as written
  • Monitor guest feedback indicators and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation to support performance benchmarks
  • Maintain a professional, orderly work environment, reinforcing cooperation and respect within a structured kitchen setting
  • Perform additional assigned duties that support operational discipline and kitchen efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and standard cooking techniques
  • Foundational skills in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger and pantry
  • Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred but not required; training will follow a structured progression
  • Ability to stand, move, and work at a sustained pace for extended periods in a high-control environment

What You Can Look Forward To

  • DailyPay — access earnings when needed
  • Advanced scheduling with structured shift-swap options
  • Unlimited referral bonuses
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) with rollover
  • Complimentary wellness tools
  • Leadership development & tuition reimbursement
  • Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and travel
  • Growth opportunities across multiple hotel properties
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Full-time associates also receive:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • Life and disability insurance
    • Paid parental leave
