Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting appropriate products and services, and providing a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Compensation & BenefitsThis is a performance-based sales position with a good-faith estimated total annual compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 for an entry-level employee achieving On-Target Earnings (OTE). Compensation may include commissions and performance-based bonuses.Following the applicable probationary period, the position also includes a $1,000 per week recoverable draw, subject to the terms of the company's compensation plan, as well as a $200 per month gas allowance, health allowance, and other company benefits.

Actual compensation may vary based on individual performance, qualifications, experience, territory, and other permitted factors. High-performing employees may earn above the stated estimated OTE range. The applicable base pay/pay scale will be disclosed in accordance with pay transparency requirements.
