What You'll Be Doing

• Make and receive calls with members who have requested benefit information

• Schedule virtual consultations and deliver clear, informative presentations

• Guide clients through the enrollment process

• Use basic computer tools to complete digital paperwork

• Ensure quality control and compliance

• Participate in leadership training and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication

• Positive energy and a team-first mindset

• Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups

• Customer service or sales experience is an asset

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Organized, dependable, and self-driven

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
