Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

In this role, you#39;ll interact directly with consumers at live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations. You#39;ll help create positive customer experiences, introduce consumers to exciting products and services, and represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement.

No previous customer service or marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training!

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and event attendees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about featured products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Answer customer questions and assist with general inquiries.
• Represent client brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Create positive and engaging customer experiences.
• Assist with product presentations and promotional activities.
