JOPP is built for jobseekers who can get some interviews but cannot convert them into software engineer or Java developer offers. JOPP treats interview performance as a skill: DSA, coding assessments, behavioral stories, scenario questions, communication, and blunt feedback you will not get from a YouTube playlist.
