Job Description

A dispatcher is a professional who:
Will assist the dispatch / warehouse manager with daily functions to meet the companies goals. The dispatcher will be encouraged to help build upon the systems in place and help grow the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with customers and provides logistics for drivers.  
  • Responds to emergency or nonemergency calls for help and information. 
  •  Handles tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing data entry.  
  • Coordinates transportation, deliveries, emergency services, and other logistical operations.
  • Create Fedex labels and prep packages for delivery.
  • Warehouse duties as assigned by the dispatch manager.
