We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to help bring engaging events and promotional experiences to life. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys planning activities, interacting with people, and contributing to a team. You will gain practical experience coordinating event details, supporting on-site activities, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating event schedules, activities, and day-to-day preparation.
Help prepare event spaces, promotional materials, and presentation areas.
Welcome attendees and provide helpful information during events.
Support on-site coordination to keep activities organized and on schedule.
Work with team members to address event needs and resolve routine issues.
Help maintain a professional and engaging environment for guests and participants.
Provide feedback after events to identify opportunities for improvement.
