Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. This position helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while following established procedures and safety requirements.

Job Description

• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment or production use.
• Apply and verify labels, tags, and warehouse documentation.
• Operate basic material handling equipment as trained.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Support warehouse personnel with general material handling duties.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues to supervision.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to organize, label, and handle materials accurately.
• Attention to detail when inspecting materials and completing documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Training in warehouse operations or material handling is preferred.
• Equipment-specific training or certification may be required based on job duties.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
• Start Time: 06:00 AM
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, including lifting, moving, and handling materials.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Willingness to perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $13.55 to $21.55 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
