What You'll Do
- Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and service repairs
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems with support from experienced team members when needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
- Read wiring diagrams and assist with system diagnostics
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and team members
- Continue developing technical knowledge through ongoing training opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- HVAC schooling or technical training preferred
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand HVAC systems
- Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and basic sheet metal practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
