At the Jerry Vestesen Farmers Insurance District Office, youll have the training, lead support, and mentorship to build your sales skills and create a career with room to grow.

As our Entry-Level Insurance Sales Rep, youll be part of a district focused on growing its market share across California, with hands-on guidance to help you succeed. Your days will center on connecting with prospective customers, following up on leads, finding coverage that fits their needs, and building relationships that can grow into long-term business.

You wont have to figure everything out alone. The district provides marketing and lead support, along with mentorship to help you strengthen your sales approach and manage your opportunities. A flexible schedule and a Monday-through-Friday workweek also give you room to maintain balance outside of work.

The base salary is $36,000 per year, with first-year earnings around $60,000 through additional compensation and bonus opportunities. For those who want to advance their careers, the Protege program can open a path to owning a Farmers Insurance agency.
