Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Develop insurance quotes based on client needs
  • Present solutions with confidence and close sales effectively
  • Network and generate referrals to expand your pipeline
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Educate and advise clients on coverage options and risk management

Requirements
  • Valid Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible schedule availability (40 hours per week; not required to be 85, MF)
