Responsibilities

• Talk with people actively shopping for insurance quotes
• Help clients choose the right auto, home, renters, boat, and motorcycle coverage
• Quote, enroll, and renew policies
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Hit your goals and grow your bonus income

• Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but personality matters most
• Insurance experience is helpful, not required
• Self-driven, positive, and motivated by earning more when you perform
• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly
• Coachable and eager to learn a proven system
