Premium Pay: Competitive hourly rate with overtime paid daily after 8 hours and a structured Wage Progression Plan Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus to kickstart your career Attendance Incentives: Earn up to $500 bonus quarterly ($2,000 per year) Global Stability: Proudly operating as McDonald's largest supply chain partner worldwide (Foodservice Distribution) Reliable Schedule & Cash Flow: Weekly pay with local routes out of St. Johns, MI Schedule Flexibility: Extra board schedule to start Predictable Freight: Palletized delivery with preloaded trucks Physical Work: Dynamic, touch-freight role delivering to local restaurants Cab Comfort: Premium Sirius Radio equipped in all trucks Position responsibilities:  The Entry Level Local CDL A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts Entry Level Local CDL A Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience Must be at least 21 years old Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds Preferred Education and Experience:  High School Diploma or General Education Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
