Position Summary: The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations. This role includes performing cycle counts, stocking inventory, verifying part numbers, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in company systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Receive, verify, and stock inbound materials into correct locations.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations against system records.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and update system records as needed.
- Record all inventory transactions accurately in Oracle Fusion and related systems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled inventory locations.
- Support stocking activities across all areas, including the verification and put-away of repaired equipment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or related operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling part numbers and counts.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Oracle or Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Forklift experience/certification strongly preferred; training and certification can be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training available if not certified).
