Entry Level Machine Operator

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Bonding Machine Operator- 1st shift to join their team. As a Bonding Machine Operator- 1st shift, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a steady focus on quality, and the drive to learn and improve each shift—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bonding Machine Operator- 1st shift

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18-$18.50

Shift: 1st shift (6am-2pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)

What's the Job?

• Operate bonding machinery during the 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shift to support consistent production output.
• Follow work instructions and production requirements to help ensure each run meets quality expectations.
• Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments as needed to keep work flowing.
• Prepare and handle materials for bonding processes, keeping the work area organized and ready for production.
• Support a safe, efficient work environment by following established procedures and reporting issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work Monday through Friday (MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI) on the 1st or 2nd shift schedule.
• Willingness to learn machine operation and production processes with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail to help maintain quality standards throughout each run.
• Comfort working in a production environment and following safety procedures consistently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the motivation to improve through feedback and training.
