Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and assist with day-to-day manufacturing processes
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Perform basic quality checks during production
Support machine setups, changeovers, and routine operations
Identify and report equipment or process issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Basic math and reading skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
Forklift experience or willingness to learn
Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools
Work Environment / Schedule
Hands-on, physical role in a manufacturing setting
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial conditions
