Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Machinist / Manufacturing Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves general shop machining duties, operating manufacturing equipment, and following production instructions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on machining experience and develop valuable manufacturing skills. Full training is provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate shop machinery safely and responsibly.
• Read, understand, and follow written work instructions.
• Follow verbal directions and maintain attention to detail.
• Perform general shop machining and manufacturing duties.
• Use basic math skills to support daily production tasks.
• Demonstrate good hand coordination and manual dexterity when operating equipment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic math skills required.
• Working knowledge of calipers and micrometers required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Good manual dexterity in both hands.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
