Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level

Essential Job Functions

• Stand for extended periods on concrete floors
• Perform physical tasks, including reaching, bending, and stooping
• Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Pay 

• Starting pay: $14.48 per hour
• $1.00 per hour shift differential for 12-hour night shifts
• Opportunities for advancement

Schedule

Most positions operate on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, with both day shift and night shift openings available.
