POSITIONSUMMARY
The Entry Level Production position is an entry-level position that
requires physical work utilizing a pressure washer for washing customers’
parts. The position requires physical
coordination standing and maneuvering a pressure washer during work hours. The environment is a wet, industrial setting
working around hazardous chemicals for cleaning customers’ parts. Proper PPE is supplied. The position is critical to quality
requirements of the overall process and customer satisfaction.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES· Produces
work by pressure washing and preserving parts to meet customer delivery and
quality standards. Includes using other cleaning materials and chemicals to
achieve desired results.
· Determines
sequence of operations by studying operating manuals, standard work
instructions, and specifications
· Maintains
specifications by observing operations, detecting problems, inspecting parts.
· Resolves
production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying team
lead to obtain additional resources.
· Maintains
safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE, 5S procedures, rules
and regulations. Clean machine, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas
daily, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
· Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
