    Position Overview:
    Bizzetta are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to launch their career in project management and coordination within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 

    This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist project managers in planning and scheduling project timelines.
    • Coordinate communication between project team members and external stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
    • Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
    • Help organize and facilitate project meetings and prepare agendas.
    • Support resource allocation and ensure appropriate distribution of tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
