Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties under the guidance of senior agents
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals
Attend training sessions and team meetings to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
Utilize company CRM and marketing tools to manage client information and promote listings effectively
Qualifications
Valid real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes
Basic understanding of real estate market trends and property values
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
