Entry-Level Recruiter

JCO Workforce Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants to launch a career in recruiting, sales, human resources, or the staffing industry.

You do not need previous recruiting experience. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, personable, organized, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

· Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting resources

· Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates

· Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

· Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and experience

· Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients

· Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in our systems

· Work closely with Account Managers and other members of the recruiting team

· Help meet recruiting goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Learn the staffing industry and develop into a successful professional recruiter

What We're Looking For

· Recent college graduate or someone early in their professional career

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Comfortable talking with people on the phone

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities

· Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

· Strong attention to detail

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Previous customer service, sales, recruiting, hospitality, or internship experience is a plus
