Job Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist supports state regulatory registration activities and helps ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. This role manages regulatory documentation, maintains tracking systems, and coordinates with regulatory agencies to support timely product registrations.

Job Description

• Support state regulatory activities for product registrations and renewals, including various regulatory submission types.
• Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding submissions, approvals, and renewals.
• Maintain and update regulatory databases and internal tracking systems.
• Scan, organize, and electronically file regulatory documents and supporting materials.
• Track and process state registration fees, including new registrations, renewals, and tonnage fees.
• Review product labels for accuracy and consistency.
• Interpret and evaluate regulatory requirements to support compliance.
• Respond to regulatory information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide general regulatory and administrative support as assigned.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with databases or data management systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Shift: 08:00AM
• Candidate must be located in St. Louis, MO, and able to work in a hybrid environment.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $32.30 to $40.30 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
