Training covers product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, and objection handling based on real scenarios our agents encounter. Once you're taking live calls, a mentor is available for questions and guidance, and that support continues as you build your production over time. Compensation

100% commission, no cap. Average $800 to $1,200 per sale. Based on typical effort:

• $50,000+ part-time in year one
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one

Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available for agents hitting production thresholds.
