Entry-Level Remote Sales Representative

We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team.We are seeking an Entry-Level Remote Benefit Specialist who will be responsible for explaining to clients the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labour unions, credit unions, and associations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities:• Communicate with clients virtually via Zoom and phone• Build and maintain long-term client relationships• Present benefit programs clearly and professionally• Accurately complete and maintain required documentation• Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals

• Requirements:• Must be eligible to work in the United States• Valid Life & Health Insurance License/Certification (preferred)• Strong English communication skills• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
