Travel Navigator Co. is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Remote Travel Agent. No travel industry experience is needed. In this role, you will learn how to help clients plan and book vacations while receiving full training and support from our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with planning and booking cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
- Speak with clients to learn about their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Research travel options and share recommendations that fit each client
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details
- Review bookings to make sure all information is accurate and complete
- Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Keep organized records of client information and bookings
- Learn our booking systems, procedures, and customer service standards
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- No experience required; training is provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new industry
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work
