ServiceMaster Restore - Crofton is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician to join our growing fire and water restoration team.

No restoration experience is required - we're willing to train the right person.

This is a hands-on position helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, smoke, and storm damage. We're looking for dependable people who want steady work, a strong team environment, and an opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with water extraction and structural drying
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Perform demolition and cleanup work
• Document job progress and moisture readings
• Help maintain clean and organized job sites
• Support customers during difficult situations

Requirements:

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
