Entry-Level Roadway Worker (Sanford, FL)

Summary:

A surveying and mapping company is looking for ENTRY LEVEL Surveyors/Rodman in Sanford. Ideal candidates will have experience working outside and will be open to learning and training to enter the land surveying industry. Work hours are from 6:30am to 3pm M-F with occasional work on Saturdays.

Working outside, you will be responsible for:
* Cut and run survey line around roadways
* Clear any brush or trees away from the survey line
* Measure how far different points are from each other, using a tape or electronic equipment
* Lay out stakes to prepare for survey measurements





Requirements:
* Previous general labor experience in Surveying, Construction, Heavy Manufacturing, Warehouse, or other Industrial Environment
* Valid Drivers License
* Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
