Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and establish professional rapport.
Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand each client's circumstances and determine eligibility for our services.
Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and explain the client onboarding process.
Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM platform.
Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion objectives.
Collaborate effectively with Resolution Officers and other team members to support client success.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.
Follow up with prospective clients as necessary to ensure timely engagement.
