Entry Level Sales Rep

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Acworth, Georgia. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective residential customers within designated territories, educating them about our services and generating new business through face-to-face interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and earning additional income through a competitive commission structure.


Waste Connections offers:


+ $45k base salary _plus_ uncapped commission.

+ Company paid cell phone & Microsoft Surface Pro.

+ Mileage reimbursement.


Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am – 7:00pm.

What You'll Do


+ Prospect and generate new residential customers through door-to-door sales efforts.

+ Educate potential customers on company products and services.

+ Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners and residents.

+ Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.

+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

+ Follow up with prospective customers as needed to close sales opportunities.

+ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs.

+ Represent the company professionally and positively within the community.

+ Utilize company-provided technology to manage leads, track activities, and complete sales documentation.


Requirements:


+ Reliable transportation.

+ Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

+ Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
