Entry-Level Sales Representative

AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across the US, providing them with their permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are seeking a passionate Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual who will guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.

• Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.

• Maintain records and documentation to company standards

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients

• Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Strong verbal and oral communication skills

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred

• Proficient in using Zoom

• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accurate documentation

• Skilled in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, in English

• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
