As an Insurance Agent, you'll build and manage your own client base by meeting with business owners, offering supplemental insurance products, and generating leads through cold calling and networking. Comprehensive training, ongoing support, and licensing reimbursement are provided.
Compensation includes a weekly draw, commissions, bonuses, and incentives like trips and cash rewards, with opportunities for career growth. Qualifications include a preferred health & life license or willingness to obtain one, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and relevant sales experience is a plus.
