You will manage the entire customer journey, from initial introduction to closing the deal, making you the sole point of contact and a trusted advisor.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Direct Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with individuals in their homes to introduce Dependable Life Solutions' offerings.
• Relationship Building: Master the art of building instant rapport, understanding customer needs, and establishing trust through genuine, face-to-face interactions.
• Needs Assessment: Skillfully identify client needs and challenges, tailoring solutions that align with their unique circumstances.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospects through every stage of the sales process, from initial consultation to presenting solutions and securing agreements.
• Performance Driven: Take ownership of your daily activity, consistently striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate their value.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess your own personal vehicle for travel.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of individuals.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• High level of resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful representatives can expect to earn between $100,000 and $180,000 annually, directly reflecting their performance and dedication. Your drive and ability to connect with clients will directly translate into your income.
