Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Connect directly with Cincinnati area homeowners and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
• Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
• Present solutions using MPower’s proven sales process
• Guide qualified customers through enrollment
• Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
