Entry Level Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Technician with a mechanical or electrical background who is eager to learn and grow in the accessibility industry. No prior elevator or lift experience is required - we provide training. This role is hands on, customer facing, and offers long term career growth in a skilled trade.

• Assist with installation and service of stairlifts, ramps, and accessibility equipment

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting under supervision

• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely

• Support senior technicians with preventive maintenance and repairs

• Complete service logs and documentation accurately

• Provide professional, courteous customer service in homes and businesses

• Mechanical, electrical, automotive, HVAC, or construction background preferred

• Trade school graduates welcome

• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50 75 lbs and work in varied environments (stairs, basements, tight spaces)

• Reliable, safety focused, and professional communication skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
