We are seeking motivated Entry Level Welders to join our client’s team in Canfield, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in welding, with a focus on trailer fabrication.

Our client specializes in manufacturing car, concession, and LED display trailers. As a Welder, you will be part of a dedicated team fabricating high-quality aluminum trailers, contributing to projects that serve a wide range of clients. This role offers steady hours and a friendly work environment, perfect for those eager to gain hands-on experience in aluminum welding.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (1st Shift)

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Aluminum welding and fabrication of trailers
• Light aluminum welding for different trailer types
• Using basic shop drawings to guide work
• Maintaining quality and safety standards in production

Minimum Requirements

• Experience welding aluminum in a production setting
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Basic math skills, including fractions, for reading tape measures and rulers
• Ability to interpret simple shop drawings
• Reliable transportation

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience with trailer fabrication or metal welding
• Familiarity with welding tools and safety practices

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in welding or manufacturing preferred but not required
• On-the-job training available
