Shift: Monday - Friday  6:30 AM - 12:30 PM  and every 3rd Saturday rotation 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM  

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused professional to support patients throughout the check-in and specimen collection process. This role primarily serves as a Lobby Greeter, assisting patients with kiosk or tablet check-ins while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience during their visit.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to confidently perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with established procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with check-in procedures using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets
• Provide a positive and supportive patient experience in the lobby area
• Support workflow coverage by assisting both in the lobby and draw rooms as needed
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established protocols
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all patient interactions and data entry tasks

 
Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (no exceptions)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience required (examples include retail, healthcare support, home health aide, etc.)
• Some phlebotomy experience required
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills required
