Entry Writer, Logistics

A well-established logistics company in the area, known for its full end-to-end solutions and a strong reputation in the market, is looking for an experienced Entry Writer to join its team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare and file customs entries, making sure all regulations are met
- Review and process import and export paperwork, confirming every invoice and document is in place
- Work closely with operations, account management and sales to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Field client questions and track shipments as they move through clearance
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to keep everything on schedule

WHAT YOU BRING:
- 2-3 years of entry writing experience in a 3PL or freight forwarding setting
- Comfort working on your own and as part of a team
- High energy and a genuine knack for building lasting relationships with clients and vendors
- A self-starter mindset with strong organization and communication skills
