The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all policies, programs, and compliance measures that ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace. This role serves as a strategic partner to Operations — balancing regulatory requirements with production realities to reduce risk, protect KDM's people and environment, and advance a strong, visible safety culture across all shifts and departments. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly credible on the plant floor, and skilled at turning findings into corrective action. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
