We are seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation Supervisor for our Environmental Construction Department in our Patchogue, NY office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading field teams conducting various environmental clean-up activities including contaminated soil excavations, installation of remediation systems, site restoration, underground storage tank removals, and small demolitions.
Duties:
On-site management of day-to-day operations on remediation projects
Ensure projects adhere to scope of work and schedule
Coordinate mobilization/delivery of equipment and materials
Prepare daily reports for field activities
Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and OSHA regulations
Assist Project Managers in development of scope of work, cost estimates and work flow
Assist in training/mentoring of junior staff
