As our Environmental Services Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing healthcare environment at Community Memorial Hospital. Beyond cleaning, you will collaborate with the broader patient care team, coordinate daily work tasks, and mentor new team members to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of personal accountability. You should be comfortable operating various cleaning machines and be physically capable of performing "heavy work," including frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
