    Description

    We are seeking a professional, motivated, and knowledgeable Senior Project Manager to support environmental construction, remediation, and infrastructure projects throughout the Pacific/Western Region. This is a seller-doer role responsible for strategic planning, business development, client management, and successful project execution across Federal, commercial, and private sector markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and expand client relationships within Federal, commercial, and private sector markets.
    • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, capture planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
    • Manage environmental, engineering, remediation, demolition, and construction-related projects from pursuit through execution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, market sector leaders, and strategic partners to support regional growth objectives.
    • Identify and cultivate partnerships with subcontractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
    • Meet with current and prospective clients to present company capabilities and strengthen long-term relationships.
    • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and regional expertise to project teams and clients.
    • Balance project delivery responsibilities with sales, utilization, and client development efforts.
    • Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are achieved.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 years of experience within the environmental construction, remediation, or related industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Federal agencies such as the US Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or other government entities.
    • Experience managing projects and client relationships throughout the Pacific/Western Region.
    • Knowledge of commercial, private sector, and governmental contracting environments.
    • Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and proposal support.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, and Outlook.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of project management experience.
    • 3+ years of experience supporting business development and proposal efforts.
    • Experience interfacing with senior government, commercial, and private sector stakeholders.
    • Professional certifications or registrations such as PE, PG, PMP, QSP, or similar credentials preferred.
