Environmental Technician

Job Description:

This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Environmental Technician to support its continued growth in Northern California. They're an established environmental testing company serving restoration contractors, property managers, and insurance projects with asbestos, lead, and mold inspections. They're looking for a motivated field professional with testing or restoration experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in building a strong brand in the Bay Area market.

Requirements:

- Well-established and growing environmental testing company supporting the restoration and insurance industries.

- Full-time, on-site role performing asbestos, lead, and mold inspections on residential and commercial projects.

- Collect samples, document site conditions with photos, and prepare clear client reports.

- Coordinate schedules and results with restoration contractors, adjusters, and property owners.

- Follow Cal/OSHA, EPA, and company safety and sampling protocols.

- Grow client relationships and support sales; the role includes commission.

- Territory covers the Bay Area and surrounding Northern California markets.

- Background in environmental testing, industrial hygiene, restoration, or construction; asbestos (CAC/CSST), lead (CDPH), or mold certifications a plus.

- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-directed in the field, and holds a valid CA driver's license with a clean record.

Benefits:

- $90,000-$120,000 base plus commission

- Company-provided equipment; company vehicle may be provided
