What can you expect to be doing in this role?

• Full Life Cycle High Volume Low Severity Claim resolution
• Personal Lines Property & Small Commercial
• Asbestos and Lead Surveys/Clearances
• Mold and Moisture Surveys/Clearances
• Project Monitoring
• Indoor Air Quality Assessments
• Field Investigations
• Prepare technically accurate and timely reports
• Produce letters and reports detailing the findings of your investigations
• Provide expert opinion/evidence in court/arbitration concerning your written expert testimony
• Provide advice/support to clients in environmental-related matters

What we are looking for in you:

• Previous experience in this field as an Environmental Technician/Specialist

• Certifications in the following:

• Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)

• Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) - beneficial

• Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) - beneficial

• Highly motivated, positive, approachable, and proactive - you will be responsible for winning new clients as well as working on the referrals provided by Charles Taylor

• Superb communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) with exceptional attention to detail
