EOL Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for helping ensure adequate flow of PMC's production parts and information is maintained in support of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with shop floor personnel as required in support of order fulfillment.
• Assist in scheduling/prioritizing work flow per PO and recovery schedules.
• Physically move/expedite work through shop work centers as required.
• Support/produce schedules to work floor as required.
• Coordinate daily production requirements with Shop Manager and area Team Leaders (CC's).
• Help resolve any scheduling requirements.
• Ensure orders are moving through shop in timely manner, tracking orders, and ensuring accurate clocking to work center.
• Provide input to Team Leaders regarding priorities and help to organize jobs for processing per schedules and commitments.
• Validate work order progress using shop schedules and Expedite Report.
• Work any ECO activity as directed - pulling work orders for redline or stop work.
• Ensure Andon boards are updated daily.
• Support all shop walks and work planning meetings as required in support of flow requirements.
• Accomplish daily tasks with discipline.
• Document all issues of concern and important information appropriately and accurately.
• Work hours required to successfully accomplish all job related issues.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to communicate well with other people, and must possess multitasking capabilities.
