What You’ll Deliver * Drive execution: Lead projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout. * Control performance: Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and change. * Lead EPC partners: Direct engineers, contractors, suppliers, and owner representatives. * Strengthen delivery: Resolve constructability, procurement, field, and commercial issues early. * Champion safety: Set clear expectations for safe, compliant, high-quality execution. * Align stakeholders: Translate project data into decisions, recovery plans, and executive updates. What You Bring * Experience: 10+ years leading utility, power, infrastructure, or EPC capital projects. * Lifecycle delivery: Proven ownership from planning through operational turnover. * Utility knowledge: Electric, natural gas, generation, or related infrastructure experience. * Project discipline: Strong scheduling, estimating, risk, contract, and change-control capabilities. * Leadership: Success directing multidisciplinary teams in complex operating environments. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, project management, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PE, CCM, or AACE certification is preferred. Primavera P6 experience and exposure to both owner and contractor environments are valuable. Relevant asset experience may include transmission, substations, grid modernization, gas systems, generation, large-load interconnections, or underground infrastructure. What Success May Look Like * First 30 days: Clarify scope, governance, stakeholders, risks, and delivery priorities. * First 60 days: Validate schedules, forecasts, contractor performance, and recovery actions. * First 90 days: Improve execution discipline, decision speed, safety, and delivery predictability.
